I still think The Omegaman in Kinnikuman has one of the top 5 sickest designs I've seen:

The mask, the fact that half his body is a massive hand, with the index finger having yet another hand, devil tail,

Can turn the hand into a copy of anything that he can hit with a special copy beam, including inanimate objects resulting in things like Omegaman High Tension Tower Form,

and if he kills a Chojin, he can uses their heads as fingertips, because he's the setting's Grim Reaper, killing and claiming all Chojin that escape the Afterlife (a physical place in Kinnikuman), there's so much going on, but hilariously, even with all these abilities, his most dangerous ability is, fitting for what's ultimately a wrestling manga, is that he's got an actual inescapable finisher. All these superpowers but his most dangerous move is Being Really Good At Wrestling.
